What this license covers

Licensed by TDLR to deliver driver education online or to supply the parent-taught course. The behind-the-wheel hours are done with a parent or an instructor, depending on the course.

TDLR: do I need driver education?

Texas law gives students a full refund if they cancel the enrollment contract by midnight of the third business day after signing (Education Code §1001.401), unless they have completed the course or failed its exam.

Before you enroll: confirm this license on the state's own lookup, ask which course you need (teen, adult or defensive driving in Texas; the 5-hour course in New York) and get the full price and refund policy in writing.
